1. OVERVIEW & LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT

This website (stitch-premium.com) is operated by Stitch Premium. 

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stitch Premium. 

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

2. MANDATORY AGE RESTRICTION (21+ ONLY)

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence.

This website sells premium botanical smoking wraps, papers, and hardware accessories. We strictly prohibit the use of our site or purchase of our products by minors.

We utilize third-party electronic age verification systems at checkout. If we are unable to verify your age, your order will be cancelled immediately, and a refund will be issued minus any administrative processing fees.

3. LEGAL PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

All products available on stitch-premium.com—including rolling papers, botanical wraps, and hardware pens—are intended strictly for use with legal smoking herbs. 

Our products do not contain tobacco, nicotine, synthetic cannabinoids, or THC.

It is the sole responsibility of you, the consumer, to know, understand, and comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of smoking accessories in your jurisdiction. 

Stitch Premium is not liable for any unlawful use or regulatory seizures of products purchased through our Service.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. 

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. E-COMMERCE TRANSACTIONS, PRICES, & PAYMENT TERMS

By completing a purchase on stitch-premium.com, you agree to provide a valid, authorized payment method. 

We accept major credit cards processed through our secure, specialized third-party payment gateways.

• Price Changes: All prices for our products (including wraps, papers, and merchandise) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability to you or any third party.

• Payment Failures & Disputes: In the event that your payment method is declined, or flags a security alert through our fraud-prevention filters, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the order. If a charge is disputed or results in an unauthorized chargeback, your account and shipping address will be permanently blacklisted from making future purchases across our network.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CELEBRITY RIGHTS

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, video clips, and data compilations, is the property of Stitch Premium or its content suppliers and partners, including the professional estate and likeness of Jacob “Stitch” Duran. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Stitch Premium, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
