Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.


Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Limited edition drops
  • Sale or clearance items
 
 

Exchanges If you received the wrong size or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-10 business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
