Custom Items: Custom, made-to-order, or embroidered items require additional production time. Please allow extra processing days for these specialized pieces.

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holiday volumes, or customs processing.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email or text message containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Stitch Premium Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been successfully marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees mandated by the destination country. These charges are not covered by Stitch Premium Apparel and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Stitch Premium Apparel is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address entries. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
